While I couls still ride, I regularly maxxed out the throttle on a severly lightened Savage. Even at clocked speed of 105-115 MPH, there was no vibration per se. The bike had a tendency to break out a bit in the back end, and there was some shaking of the forks, but the motor was smooth and pulling harder than the gearing can support.
I agree with Max, check your tires and rims. Also, check the tension of all suspension system hardware. A loose axle nut or shock mount can set up some strange movement in the chassis.
